CLS Global Solutions, Inc. is a privately held employee-owned company with offices across the U.S. and partnerships with established solution providers. We deliver Professional Services to include Interim IT Executive Leadership and Management, Digital and Social Media Strategies, Interim Project Based Technology Staffing; Consulting Services including Information Technology, Intelligent Social Media Solutions and Software Engineering; Software Development Services to include Customer Applications – desktop & mobile, On/Offsite Programming and Program and project management to midsize and large corporations.
The genesis for CLS Global Solutions came through years of leading people and from the real-world experiences of the founder, Dave Swartzendruber. Our likeminded values and fundamental belief in serving others led to a business model that has drawn the top talent from around the country.
Our approach is conprehensive and holistic, with the purpose of ensuring we meet our customers’ needs. We are frequently asked to assess a corporation’s business critical initiatives, considering elements of strategy and tactical requirements, before devising the right prioritized plan or implement appropriate integrated solutions.
Our team members have experience in managing change when facing operational optimization, restructuring, consolidation or expansion. Our business model is designed to flex, expand and adapt with our customers’ needs.
Take for example our Development Services Group. CLS Global offers flexibility and service in the support of a number of application and development environments. We provide support under a variety of management options. We have the necessary project managers, analysts, and architects to provide independently managed solutions, or at our customer’s options we integrate into their existing internal teams. We perform engagements onsite, offsite as well as through blended models of on/offshore programmers and coders.
As a highly proficient company, we bring expertise in both technology and business methodologies. But we start by listening. We never presume that we know a customer’s industry or business better than they do. Our belief is to serve with the intent of support and assist. Guaranteed Solutions
Today more than ever, companies expect the highest quality of services delivered. In other words, a vendor services ROI that exceeds their expectations. Because we believe in value add for our customers, (reduce cost, increase profitable revenues and help them become more competitive), our services comes with an unconditional guarantee. This guarantee extends across engagements where expectations are defined, providing a clear understanding on obligations and deliverables.
How Does The Development Services Guarantee Work?
CLS Global Solutions provides a 12-month guarantee against software defects and omissions for software developed using CLS Global development methodology. The guarantee commences on completion (sign-off) of acceptance testing. (This date may be varied by mutual agreement). The criterion for determining whether a fault is covered by the guarantee is “Does the software meet the signed off requirements in the production environment?” If not, then rectification of the mistake or liability is covered by the CLS Global guarantee.
As a general rule, if the delivered software does not work to the specification and there has not been 3rd party intervention that may have caused the mistake or liability, and the delivery platform has not changed, CLS Global Solutions will resolve the problem at no charge. Each engagement agreement will have unique specifications requiring clarification of the CLS Global guarantee under terms and conditions.
How Does The Professional & Consulting Services Guarantee Work?
CLS Global Solutions provides a guarantee against any skill set misfits for any contracted position utilizing the CLS Global candidate pre-selection process. This means if there is a skill set misfit, the customer receives a replacement without incurring any research, sourcing, candidate pipelining, interviewing or recruiting costs associated with CLS Global recruiting services and intake processes.
As a general rule, if there’s a skill set misfit for any staffing resource on a given assignment, CLS Global Solutions takes responsibility to resolving the issue while incurring all intake expenses related to replacing the misfit skill sets. Each engagement agreement will have unique specifications requiring clarification of the CLS Global guarantee under terms and conditions.
