CLS Global Solutions’ Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) practice provides a broad array of services necessary to support our customers’ pre and post transaction needs. Our M&A consulting teams operate either as a resource to support an internal M&A group in the customer or as an outsourced M&A team that manages due-diligence and/or post integration. Today, M&A post integration failure rates are as high as 60-70%. Some estimates state that it’s two out of every three M&A’s fail to achieve the intended goals or live up to their financial promise.
